Refund Policy
Tickets and event purchases are eligible for a refund if the request is submitted within 7 days of the event date.
Refund requests must be made in writing through our contact form or official business email. After the 7-day window, purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
If an event is cancelled by our team, ticket holders will be notified and issued a full refund.

Event Changes
Event dates, times, performers, or programming may change when necessary. We will communicate any significant changes when possible.
Behavior & Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove anyone from an event without refund if they are disruptive, unsafe, or violate venue rules.
Liability
Guests attend events at their own risk. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Media Release
Photos or videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to appear in event media unless you notify staff otherwise.
